Provider map of vaccine access

This interactive map supports health care providers, such as pharmacists, physicians, nurses, public health practitioners, and others, in identifying vaccine access, particularly in socially vulnerable and medically underserved areas.

Providers can search by address or zip code in the search bar above the map to find pharmacy vaccination locations. Information on walk-in availability, handicap accessibility, hours of operation, and spoken languages are provided to support provider referrals of patients to pharmacy vaccination sites.

On the left side of the page, providers can filter to view data by county, state, social vulnerability, medically underserved areas, and health professional shortage areas.
